This contract opportunity offers a supportive team culture with nine dedicated professionals and utilizes advanced GE equipment alongside Cerner EMR systems. The role features engaging responsibilities and exposure to both contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures.
Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts run from 7:00 am–10:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:30 am–4:30 pm on weekends
- Rotating weekend coverage is required
Key Qualifications:
- Current MRI certification required
- Prior experience in breast MRI imaging is preferred and will be prioritized
- Previous clinical work as an MRI Tech with hands-on experience in both contrast and non-contrast scans
- Familiarity with GE MRI systems highly desirable
- Proficiency using Cerner or similar EMR systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, displaying reliability and clear communication
- Commitment to wearing black scrubs as the designated dress code
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI imaging services under established protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort
- Conduct both contrast and non-contrast procedures, ensuring all quality parameters are met
- Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system
- Provide patient education regarding procedures, addressing questions and concerns with empathy
- Flexibility to float as staffing needs arise and work rotating weekends as assigned

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
