MRI Technologist - Arden, NC

An immediate opportunity is available for an MRI Technologist to support advanced imaging services on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in MRI procedures, work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, and deliver high-quality care to patients requiring both contrast and non-contrast MRI exams.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–10:30pm
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:30am–4:30pm
• Rotating weekends required

Qualifications:

• Current MRI certification (required)
• Registered in MRI
• Experience utilizing GE MRI equipment
• Familiarity with MRI contrast and non-contrast protocols
• Strong preference for candidates with breast MRI experience
• Proficient with Cerner EMR
• Ability to wear black scrubs as part of the dress code
• Excellent teamwork and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE MRI equipment and follow established imaging protocols
• Perform a range of MRI procedures, including contrast and non-contrast imaging
• Collaborate effectively with a team of 9 professionals to ensure smooth workflow and patient safety
• Maintain accurate records using Cerner EMR
• Adhere to all unit guidelines, policies, and safety standards
• Participate in a schedule that includes both weekdays and rotating weekends

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
