Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT (MRI) certification required
- Previous experience as an MRI Technologist in a hospital setting preferred
- Proficiency in MRI equipment operation, image acquisition, and patient positioning
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to MRI environments
- Excellent interpersonal communication and patient care skills
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and imaging protocols
- Accurately position patients and ensure comfort and safety during procedures
- Evaluate images for technical accuracy and collaborate with radiologists
- Effectively manage patient records and follow confidentiality guidelines
- Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment as needed
