MRI Technologist in Asheville, NC

Advance your career as an MRI Technologist working in a dynamic imaging environment. This contract position will have you utilizing your MRI expertise within an established healthcare setting, operating state-of-the-art GE equipment, and collaborating with a team of skilled professionals for a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start.

Schedule:

• Hours: 7:00am–10:30pm Monday–Thursday; 8:30am–4:30pm Saturday–Sunday
• Rotating weekend coverage required

Key Qualifications:

• Active and current MRI registration
• Proficiency in MRI imaging procedures, especially contrast and non-contrast
• Ability to operate GE MRI equipment
• Experience with Cerner EMR systems preferred
• Black scrubs required as part of the dress code

Preferred Experience:

• Prior breast MRI experience is highly desirable

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans, including contrast and non-contrast studies
• Ensure patient safety protocols are strictly followed
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately in Cerner EMR
• Engage effectively with a team of technologists and clinical staff
• Collaborate to manage workflow efficiently during high-volume periods

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
