Travel MRI Technologist - Baconton, GA

You’ll be part of a high-functioning imaging department equipped with Siemens technology (and soon, Philips), where each shift brings new cases and opportunities to collaborate with an experienced team. The environment emphasizes professional growth through exposure to advanced imaging protocols, care for diverse patient populations (including ICU, NICU, and oncology), and the leadership of on-site supervisors and senior technologists.

• Fri, Sat, Sun: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Qualifications

• ARRT (MR) Certification
• BLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience; Level II trauma or travel experience preferred
• Comfortable with Siemens MRI systems (Philips experience highly desirable)
• Must be able to start IVs
• Willing to work within a strict 75-mile radius per licensure requirements
• Open to first-time travelers eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume MRI scans (averaging 30 studies per day), including musculoskeletal, neuro, abdominal/pelvic, and breast imaging
• Care for pacer, anesthesia, ICU, and NICU patients
• Utilize McKesson or Change Healthcare PACS and Meditech EMR
• Adhere to departmental protocols and dress code (black scrubs with black/gray jacket)
• Complete a comprehensive 1-2 week orientation
• No floating to other modalities required
