Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• 35 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications:

• Certification through ARRT or ARMRIT required; both credentials are accepted
• Hands-on experience specifically with Hitachi MRI equipment is essential
• No state license needed for this position
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety practices and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining each step and ensuring comfort throughout
• Accurately document patient information and scan data in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
• Maintain MRI equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all safety standards are met
• Uphold infection control procedures and facility-specific guidelines during all exams
