MRI Tech in Bloomsburg, PA

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting vital diagnostic imaging services over a 13-week contract. This position focuses on MRI procedures, requiring expertise with Siemens equipment and the ability to deliver high-quality care on the third shift.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour night shifts, Monday through Friday
• 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Some schedule flexibility available; primary need is third-shift coverage

Desired Qualifications:

• Active ARRT certification in MRI [ARRT(MR)]
• Current BLS certification
• Hands-on experience operating Siemens MRI systems
• Strong clinical acumen with a commitment to patient safety and comfort
• Flexibility and willingness to cover at least one holiday if contracted over multiple holidays

Role Duties:

• Perform MRI scans per physician orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy for diagnostic purposes
• Operate Siemens MRI systems with strict adherence to safety guidelines and imaging protocols
• Prepare and position patients while explaining procedures and addressing concerns to deliver exceptional care
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and assist with troubleshooting equipment as needed
