MRI Technologist | Bridgeport, Connecticut

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Four 10-hour day shifts (7:30am – 6:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a diverse range of MRI procedures, including neuro, body, musculoskeletal (MSK), enterography, and breast scans.
• Operate Siemens Avanto MRI equipment proficiently and troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed.
• Start IVs confidently and administer contrast as required per protocol.
• Work independently, prioritizing patient care in a fast-paced setting without tech aid assistance.
• Ensure all imaging adheres to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in both Radiography and MRI [ARRT(R)(MR)].
• Valid RT license for the state of Connecticut, with authorization to push contrast.
• Demonstrated competency with Siemens Avanto MRI systems.
• Experience starting IVs and administering contrast agents in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Proven track record of successfully working autonomously and delivering accurate, high-quality imaging results.
• Experience conducting a wide range of scan types, including neuro, body, MSK, enterography, and breast MRIs.

$3,302 - $3,482/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
