A full-time Clinical Supervisor position in the MRI Department is available in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced MRI Technologist ready to advance their career overseeing clinical operations and guiding a team. Occasional coverage at nearby locations may be required, adding variety to your day-to-day responsibilities.
Location: Greensboro, NC
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Occasional weekend coverage for emergent needs
Responsibilities:
- Supervise MRI department daily operations and staff performance
- Maintain high standards of patient care and imaging quality
- Perform MRI scans, including breast biopsies if qualified
- Support workflow and coverage needs across nearby sites
- Ensure compliance with imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Foster strong communication and teamwork within the department
Desired Experience:
- 3–5 years of MRI technologist experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Experience with breast biopsies is a plus
- Valid MRI credentials and licensure as required by state regulations
- Excellent clinical skills with strong communication and team leadership abilities
