Travel MRI Technician | Cambridge, Massachusetts

This travel MRI technologist opportunity offers you hands-on experience with some of the area’s most advanced imaging equipment across two distinct sites—an outpatient center and a hospital—broadening your exposure to diverse workplace practices and clinical leadership. By collaborating with dynamic teams at both locations, you’ll refine your skills, boost your adaptability, and enrich your résumé with new challenges and technologies, including work with Siemens scanners and the EPIC charting system.

Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• Sunday to Tuesday, 7:00pm to 7:00am
• Rotating coverage between sites
• Floating and rotating holiday shifts included

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Proficiency with Siemens MRI scanners
• Phlebotomy skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with Outlook software
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Certifications Required:

• ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification
• CPR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures with a high standard of patient care and technical accuracy
• Rotate between hospital and outpatient imaging sites as needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a collaborative and safe working environment
• Adapt to floating and rotating shift requirements, including holidays
