MRI Technologist - Cambridge, MA

Schedule:

• Tuesday: 11:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Wednesday: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am
• Thursday: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am

Qualifications:

• Certified MRI Technologist with completion of an accredited imaging program
• Current ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Strong working knowledge of MRI safety protocols and operation of advanced MRI equipment
• Prior experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work efficiently and independently during overnight shifts

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Position patients for optimal imaging while ensuring comfort and safety throughout procedures
• Evaluate imaging results for quality and accuracy, re-imaging if necessary
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, ensuring strict confidentiality
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Uphold all facility and regulatory safety standards, including infection control measures
• Troubleshoot and assist with routine maintenance of MRI equipment as needed

$2,422 - $2,650/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
