MRI Technologist - Candler, North Carolina

Exciting opportunities are available for skilled MRI Technologists for a 13-week contract assignment with a dynamic imaging team. As a vital part of a dedicated group of professionals, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality care and performing advanced MRI procedures using state-of-the-art GE equipment. Schedule/Hours:

• Shifts available Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am – 10:30 pm
• Saturday through Sunday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Rotating weekends as part of the schedule

Qualifications:

• Current registration and certification as an MRI Technologist required
• Demonstrated proficiency performing both contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures
• Experience with GE MRI technology preferred
• Breast MRI experience is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system a plus
• Must adhere to professional appearance guidelines—black scrubs required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI studies according to physician orders, following proper protocols for diagnostic accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare, position, and monitor patients during scans, providing a calm and reassuring environment
• Document all relevant patient information, imaging results, and assessments electronically in Cerner
• Maintain MRI equipment and comply with safety procedures
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on the first-floor imaging unit to ensure continuous quality care

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
