Qualifications:

• ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Minimum one year of recent experience performing MRI scans in an acute care or hospital setting
• Current BLS certification (from AHA or equivalent)
• Strong patient-focused communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in new clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for optimal patient care
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Operate and calibrate MRI equipment, troubleshooting as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
