MRI Technologist in Cary, NC

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist eager to make a difference in patient care. This contract position spans 13 weeks, offering a dynamic schedule ideally suited to those seeking structured workdays within a thriving healthcare environment.

Schedule:

• Thursday through Sunday coverage
• Two 12-hour shifts and two 8-hour shifts each week
• Daytime hours

Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(MR) certification
• Valid BLS certification
• Prior experience and competency in administering contrast media
• Familiarity with Epic and PACS platforms for efficient workflow and reporting
• Demonstrated excellence in MRI imaging procedures and patient care

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners and related equipment, ensuring image quality meets clinical standards
• Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations while delivering compassionate care
• Administer contrast agents as required, following safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver timely, accurate imaging results
• Accurately document procedures in Epic/PACS and adhere to confidentiality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized imaging environment
