Key Qualifications

• Current certification in MRI (through ARRT or equivalent)
• Valid state license or eligibility as required
• Proven experience operating MRI equipment and managing patient care during imaging procedures
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and patient interactions
• Minimum of 1 year of recent MRI technologist experience preferred
• Current BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans according to physician orders, ensuring optimal image quality
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures as required
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver exceptional care
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality guidelines
• Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions as necessary
