Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current license/certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• Minimum of one year of recent MRI experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with imaging equipment and patient safety standards
• Ability to adapt to new teams and facility protocols quickly
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to create diagnostic images of a high standard
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures with reassurance and attention to detail
• Collaborate efficiently with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain patient confidentiality
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality assurance guidelines
• Respond calmly to emergencies and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed
