Make a real difference in patient care by utilizing your expertise in MRI imaging! We are seeking a skilled professional to provide high-quality diagnostic services over a 13-week assignment. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your clinical skills will contribute directly to patient outcomes.

Schedule:

  • 5 shifts per week (8 hours each)
  • Day shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Proficiency in patient positioning, imaging protocols, and safe operation of MRI equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images according to physician requests and established protocols
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, adhering to all safety and infection control guidelines
  • Maintain thorough, accurate patient records and document all procedures performed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal imaging outcomes
  • Provide clear instructions and compassionate care to patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Perform equipment checks and assist with troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality
