MRI Technologist | Cincinnati, Ohio

This contract position is ideal for experienced MRI technologists seeking weekend shifts and the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment. Schedule/Hours:

• Two 12-hour shifts per week
• Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience performing MRI imaging
• Proficiency with MRI equipment, specifically GE 450W and GE Voyager strongly preferred
• Active and current licensure/certification as required for MRI technologists
• Thorough understanding of MRI safety protocols and scan procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and clinical staff

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
• Monitor imaging equipment for optimal functioning and report any operational concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure precise imaging and efficient workflow
• Remain current on best practices and protocols for MRI technology
