Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current registry with ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT strongly preferred
• Completion of an accredited MRI technology program
• Prior experience as an MRI Technologist, including both inpatient and outpatient settings
• Aptitude for operating MRI systems and troubleshooting imaging equipment
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered service
• Ability to follow stringent safety protocols involving magnetic resonance environments
• Valid state licensure/certification, as required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans based on physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, clearly explaining steps and confirming safety screenings
• Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patients during procedures to ensure comfort and safety
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs in accordance with regulations
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and other clinicians for optimal care
• Uphold a safe, organized, and clean work area compliant with infection control and radiological safety standards
