MRI Technologist - Cleveland, OH

Looking for an experienced MRI technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract position involves utilizing advanced MRI technology to support patient care and assist physicians in accurate diagnosis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of an accredited MRI technologist program
• Current ARRT (MR) certification, or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of MRI imaging experience in a clinical setting
• Strong knowledge of MRI safety procedures and equipment maintenance
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
• CPR/BLS certification (current)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners and related imaging equipment to produce clear, high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including verifying medical history and screening for contraindications
• Monitor patients during imaging and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the examination
• Work closely with radiologists and healthcare providers to review images and relay critical findings
• Maintain accurate records and document patient imaging data in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to established safety protocols and infection control standards in all aspects of imaging
• Troubleshoot and report any equipment issues when necessary
