Qualifications & Experience:

  • Certification and registration in MRI through ARRT (or equivalent recognized credential)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MRI imaging equipment and protocols
  • Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology
  • Ability to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Current BLS certification
  • Previous experience in a clinical MRI setting preferred

Schedule:

  • Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic images, ensuring clarity, quality, and accuracy
  • Prepare patients for procedures by providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns
  • Coordinate imaging processes with healthcare team members to support precise diagnosis and treatment plans
  • Maintain safety standards and monitor for compliance with imaging protocols
  • Document patient histories and procedural details accurately in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Monitor equipment functionality, reporting issues promptly for resolution
  • Uphold HIPAA regulations and protect patient confidentiality at all times
