Advance your imaging career by stepping into a crucial MRI Technologist position at a leading teaching and trauma hospital. This 13-week contract role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art Siemens 1.5T MRI equipment and contribute to a collaborative, high-acuity clinical team. You'll be an essential part of a diverse department that serves both adult and pediatric patients across emergency, ICU, nursing units, and outpatient settings.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour night shifts: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 pm–5:30 am
  • No weekend rotation—schedule will remain consistent with your contract
  • Participation in holiday coverage is expected unless approved off in advance
  • Call rotation is shared equally among all team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of MRI experience (first-time travelers encouraged to apply)
  • Current ARRT(R) or NMTCB certification
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
  • BLS certification
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of MRI examinations for both adult and pediatric patients
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other allied health professionals
  • Safely operate Siemens 1.5T MRI scanners and document procedures in EPIC EMR
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety at all times
  • Flexibly participate in call coverage rotation as scheduled with the team
  • Adhere to department protocols and maintain compliance with all requirements
