Advance your imaging career as an MRI Technologist in a dynamic, high-acuity hospital setting recognized for its trauma care and teaching programs. This contract position offers both flexibility and stability, with a consistent schedule and strong departmental support.
Schedule:
- 10-hour night shifts
- Monday through Thursday, 7:00 pm to 5:30 am
- 40 hours per week
Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT(R) or NMTCB registration required; advanced MRI credential (ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT)
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of MRI experience (first-time travelers welcome)
- Strong clinical skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of MRI scans for both adult and pediatric patients, including cases from emergency, intensive care, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Operate Siemens 1.5T MRI equipment and utilize Epic for documentation and workflow
- Collaborate with a diverse team of radiology professionals, including new graduates and experienced staff
- Demonstrate adaptability with call responsibilities, shared equally among staff
- Participate in holiday coverage when needed, unless previously approved for time off
