MRI Technologist in Concord, NC

Deliver advanced patient care as an MRI Technologist with a dynamic healthcare team. In this vital imaging role, you will utilize your expertise in MRI technology to assist physicians in diagnostic evaluations, ensuring quality images and patient comfort throughout every procedure.

Schedule and Hours:

• 10-hour night shifts
• Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Rotating weekend call: One weekend per month (Friday night through Monday morning), with a one-hour response time required for call-back
• Holiday rotation: Every other weekend
• No floating required

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols
• ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent credentials
• Current state licensure in medical imaging, where applicable
• Proven ability to operate MRI equipment and associated technology
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and respond promptly to call-backs

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images as directed by physician orders
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, clearly explaining procedures and addressing patient concerns
• Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging parameters
• Adhere to strict quality assurance and safety guidelines, including emergency procedures
• Maintain detailed patient records and imaging documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide excellent patient care
