MRI Technologist - Concord, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Night Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00pm–6:30am
• 36 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Certified MRI Technologist with experience operating MRI equipment
• Familiarity with established MRI protocols and patient safety standards
• Strong ability to provide patient-centered care throughout imaging procedures
• Effective communication skills and the capability to work autonomously during night shifts
• Current applicable state licensure(s) and BLS certification are required

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Explain procedures to patients, positioning them appropriately, and ensuring their comfort and safety at all times
• Accurately document imaging procedures, patient reactions, and equipment settings
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely imaging results
• Participate in on-call rotation as fairly scheduled alongside permanent and PRN team members, sharing responsibility proportionally
• Expected to assist with holiday shift coverage unless previously approved time off is granted
• No floating between departments; you’ll remain dedicated to MRI imaging for the duration of your contract
• Travelers keep the same assigned shift according to contract specifics

$2,001 - $2,189/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
