Bring your imaging expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment that values skill, precision, and compassionate patient care. This contract opportunity requires a highly capable MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment, working primarily with Siemens Aera 1.5 equipment.
Schedule:
- 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
- Night shifts: 9:00pm–7:30am
- Rotating weekends
Qualifications:
- Active BLS certification
- ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT credentials accepted
- Demonstrated proficiency operating Siemens MRI, especially Siemens Aera 1.5T
- Advanced experience in neuro imaging, body imaging, angiography, and musculoskeletal (MSK) studies preferred
- Strong background in scanning patients with various implanted devices
- Ability to work independently during night hours and manage urgent studies as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality MRI examinations and ensure optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis
- Adapt protocols and techniques for complex imaging procedures, including advanced neuro and body scans
- Safely scan patients who have multiple implanted devices, following all safety guidelines
- Collaborate with radiologists and referring providers to address urgent imaging requests and complex cases
- Maintain compliance with professional standards and facility procedures
- Provide compassionate care and clear communication with patients, ensuring comfort and safety
