• Current certification as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• State licensure as required for MRI Technologists

• Thorough understanding of MRI safety procedures for patients and staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Willingness to adapt to new technologies and protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI scans while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
• Position patients correctly and explain procedures to reduce anxiety and encourage cooperation
• Operate MRI equipment, adjust settings, and monitor image quality for accuracy and diagnostic value
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to review images and clarify orders
• Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation promptly
• Uphold strict infection control and safety protocols within the imaging suite
• Routinely inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues promptly
