MRI Technologist | Cranston, Rhode Island

Schedule:

• 4x10-hour shifts, night schedule: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT(CT) certification
• Active BLS certification required
• Significant experience performing MRI studies in a fast-paced clinical or hospital setting
• Familiarity with patient positioning, MRI safety protocols, and operation of advanced imaging equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure patient comfort and effective team coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a comprehensive range of MRI scans and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare patients for imaging, ensuring safety screenings and appropriate positioning
• Monitor imaging quality, troubleshoot equipment, and collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare providers
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards
• Document all procedures and patient information accurately in digital records systems
• Provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
