MRI Technologist - El Cajon, California

A healthcare facility in El Cajon, CA is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity. This role focuses on performing high-quality imaging procedures using MRI technology during daytime hours.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid BLS certification
• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating MRI equipment

Location: Based in El Cajon, CA, this position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant community near San Diego with access to outdoor activities, cultural events, and a pleasant climate year-round.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 5 consecutive 8-hour days
• Shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Maintain imaging equipment and follow protocols to produce quality images
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care
