MRI Technician | Elyria, Ohio

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist with expertise in operating Siemens MRI equipment. This role is vital in providing high-quality imaging services and supporting diagnostic accuracy in a collaborative healthcare environment. The assignment is set for 13 weeks, making it an excellent chance to expand your experience and contribute to patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• No weekends required

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(MR) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated experience with Siemens MRI systems
• Proven proficiency in MRI imaging and patient safety protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality images

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
• Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during imaging
• Operate Siemens MRI equipment with skill and attention to safety
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records
• Collaborate effectively with radiology staff and healthcare professionals
• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility policies
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with equipment maintenance
