Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Day shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts
• Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Qualifications:

• Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI [ARRT(MR)]
• Active BLS certification
• Valid ODH License
• Proficiency in operating MRI equipment and associated imaging software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Prior experience as an MRI Technologist preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with physician orders
• Review images for accuracy and quality assurance before forwarding to radiologists
• Maintain patient records and document procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
• Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and monitoring for contraindications
• Communicate procedure details and respond to patient questions or concerns
• Collaborate effectively with radiology team and other departments for coordinated patient care
