Advance your career in medical imaging as an MRI Technologist, working with state-of-the-art equipment and a dedicated professional team. This contract position features a consistent, full-time evening schedule.
Schedule/Hours:
- 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- 40 hours per week, guaranteed
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a sophisticated suite of 10 MRI magnets (primarily GE—7 units, with 2 Hitachi and 1 Siemens systems)
- Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
- Review and verify imaging data for accuracy and clarity, documenting appropriately
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to coordinate patient care
Qualifications:
- Certification by ARRT or ARMRIT—either is acceptable
- Experience operating a variety of MRI magnet models, especially GE, Hitachi, and Siemens units
- No state radiology license required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
- Prior contract or hospital-based MRI experience a plus
Compensation:
- Earn a direct hourly rate of $105, providing competitive earnings potential in a supportive environment
