Qualifications:

  • Current certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
  • Valid state licensure (as required)
  • Minimum of one year experience in MRI imaging
  • Strong knowledge of magnetic resonance safety protocols and procedures
  • Proficiency in operating MRI scanners and handling imaging software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
  • Operate MRI scanners and related equipment to produce diagnostic images according to physician orders and established protocols
  • Evaluate images for quality and report findings or concerns as necessary
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document procedures in compliance with medical and facility standards
  • Adhere strictly to safety guidelines to protect patients, staff, and yourself from unnecessary radiation exposure or injury
  • Collaborate with radiologists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients
  • Provide compassionate support and education to patients regarding MRI procedures

$2,334 - $2,576/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 35 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
