Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Florida R.T. (R) (MR) license is mandatory
• Proven skills in imaging, specifically MRI, including scanning, safety, and equipment operation
• Comprehensive understanding of MRI procedures and protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of patient care
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and colleagues

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI scans following physician orders and established procedures
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, proper use of coils, and adherence to protocol
• Maintain safety for patients and team members by following MRI safety guidelines and protocols
• Communicate procedures and instructions clearly to patients, ensuring comfort throughout the examination
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare staff to deliver accurate and timely imaging results
• Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
