MRI Technologist - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Days: 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

Qualifications:

• Active BLS certification is required
• Current ARRT(CT) credential
• ACLS certification
• Prior experience operating Hitachi 128 MRI equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality MRI examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Operate Hitachi 128 MRI equipment effectively and safely
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures
• Prepare and position patients for scans, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately
• Accurately document and maintain imaging records
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
• Troubleshoot and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations
