Schedule:

  • 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
  • Thursday evening through Wednesday evening:
    • Thursday & Friday: 6:30 PM – 6:00 AM
    • Saturday & Sunday: 6:30/7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
    • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
  • No on-call requirements

In this opportunity, you'll support a dynamic environment, providing high-caliber patient imaging and collaborating closely with neurosurgeons, radiologists, and trauma teams. Exposure to different workplace practices and diverse approaches to leadership will enhance your professional toolkit while reinforcing your adaptability and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license required with application; must reside outside a 50-mile radius.
  • Cannot be employed in any capacity (full, part-time, or PRN) with CommonSpirit-affiliated facilities.
  • Registered and certified in CT and X-ray; experience providing support in OR settings strongly preferred.
  • MRI certification is optional but requires at least 2 years of hands-on MRI experience.
  • Familiarity with trauma-level imaging protocols highly valued.
  • Commitment to infection control: no artificial nails in patient care areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT, X-ray (including OR cases), and routine MRI for neurosurgical needs.
  • Support emergency and trauma cases with prompt and accurate imaging.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain best practices for patient safety and privacy.
