MRI Technologist in Greensboro, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week (totaling 36 hours)
• Facility operates 7 days a week—candidates must be available for any day shift to ensure comprehensive coverage
• No on-call or night shifts
• May be required to float between three sites to meet patient needs

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• ARRT (MR) certification is mandatory
• For direct hire: at least 1 year of recent MRI experience (5+ years required for contract roles)
• Proficiency in starting IVs and working independently
• Experience assisting with breast biopsies and involvement in research studies highly preferred
• MRSO (Magnetic Resonance Safety Officer) certification desirable
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a broad range of MRI studies, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging
• Assist with complex procedures, including breast biopsies and research protocols
• Accurately document procedures and patient information within the EPIC system
• Float as needed between three outpatient locations to provide support across the imaging team
• Start and monitor IV contrast injections as required
