MRI Technician | Grove City, Ohio

Advance your career in medical imaging with an opportunity to provide high-quality MRI services in a patient-centered healthcare environment. This contract position focuses on delivering exceptional diagnostic imaging using state-of-the-art MRI technology over a 13-week assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
• Nights: 6:30pm – 7:00am
• Specific workdays to be discussed during the interview process

Qualifications:

• Valid and current ARRT(R) certification
• Active Ohio state license in radiologic technology
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency operating MRI equipment
• Familiarity with patient safety protocols and infection control standards
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Previous clinical experience in an MRI setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI machinery to produce high-quality diagnostic images as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and addressing any questions or concerns
• Monitor patients during imaging, observing for safety and well-being
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedure details in electronic health systems
• Calibrate and maintain MRI equipment, reporting any issues to technical staff as needed
• Collaborate closely with radiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless, patient-focused care
• Uphold regulatory and accreditation standards throughout all procedures
