Schedule/Hours:

  • Afternoon/Second shift positions
  • Flexible with the option of 8- or 10-hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • ARRT or ARMRIT certification required; no state license necessary
  • Proven experience operating MRI equipment
  • Solid understanding of MRI safety and imaging protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI procedures using state-of-the-art machines (equipment includes 10 magnets: primarily GE, with additional Hitachi and Siemens units)
  • Obtain and review patient histories, ensuring all pre-exam protocols are followed
  • Accurately position patients for optimal imaging based on physician instructions
  • Monitor imaging quality and adjust parameters as needed to deliver high-quality results
  • Maintain clear documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their appointments
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for efficient workflow
