Experienced MRI Technologists are needed for a contract opportunity supporting advanced imaging services. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in MRI who thrive in fast-paced medical environments and are dedicated to delivering precise and compassionate patient care.

Schedule:

  • Day shift: 07:30 – 16:00

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid ARRT(MR) certification required
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Proven experience operating MRI imaging equipment and following safety procedures
  • Strong knowledge of MRI protocols, anatomy, and cross-sectional imaging
  • Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
  • Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize workflow in a dynamic setting

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality MRI scans as ordered by physicians, ensuring proper positioning and imaging protocols
  • Explain procedures to patients, addressing questions and concerns to foster comfort
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and detailed records of imaging data
  • Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensure the MRI suite remains clean, fully stocked, and compliant with all safety and infection control guidelines
  • Troubleshoot equipment and report service needs as necessary
