MRI Technologist in Hendersonville, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Hours: 7:00am-10:30pm Monday-Thursday; 8:30am-4:30pm Saturday-Sunday
• Rotating weekends required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current MRI registration required
• Demonstrated expertise with both contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures
• Required MRI certification
• Experience working with GE MRI equipment preferred
• Breast MRI experience considered a strong asset
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR
• Commitment to professionalism and collaborative teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI procedures, both with and without contrast, according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Operate GE MRI equipment efficiently and safely
• Safeguard patient comfort and safety throughout imaging processes
• Accurately document procedures and patient data within the Cerner EMR system
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines at all times
• Contribute to positive workflow and patient satisfaction
• Maintain compliance with all dress code and institutional policies (Black scrubs required)
