MRI Technologist in Hendersonville, NC

Advance your MRI imaging career in a dynamic healthcare environment as a contract MRI Technologist. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated team utilizing GE equipment and Cerner EMR, delivering high-quality imaging services to patients. This 13-week assignment prioritizes experienced professionals ready for an ASAP start.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–10:30pm
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:30am–4:30pm
• Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

• Active MRI certification required
• Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent)
• Prior experience with contrast and non-contrast MRI procedures
• Strong competency operating GE MRI equipment
• Breast MRI experience highly preferred
• Effective communicator with a professional, patient-centered approach
• Black scrubs dress code

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately perform MRI imaging with and without contrast according to established protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient information and imaging details in Cerner EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend shifts as needed
• Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace, adhering to all safety and compliance policies

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
