MRI Technologist - Hialeah, Florida

Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
• Work schedule: 7:15am – 8:00pm
• 8-week assignment with potential for extension

Candidate Qualifications:

• Certified with ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
• Possess a valid State of Florida radiology license
• Hold a college diploma or provide transcripts
• Must reside outside of Broward, Dade, and Palm Beach counties
• Previous experience in MRI imaging and operation of MRI equipment required
• Strong attention to patient safety and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging results
• Prepare and position patients for MRI scans, prioritizing patient comfort and safety
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results in the appropriate systems
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and infection control procedures
