Experience the opportunity to work as an MRI Technologist in a dynamic imaging environment. This 13-week assignment offers a chance to showcase your imaging expertise while supporting quality patient care.
Schedule:
- 3 shifts per week
- 12-hour day shifts, 11:00 am – 11:30 pm
Qualifications:
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Registered with ARRT(MR)
- Proven competency performing MRI scans and protocols
- Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient-centered care
- Strong attention to safety procedures and detail orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the scan
- Operate MRI equipment efficiently to capture clear, accurate diagnostic images following established protocols
- Review physician orders and clarify examination requirements, documenting pertinent clinical information
- Monitor for patient adverse reactions and assist in emergency situations as needed
- Maintain equipment by performing regular quality assurance checks and reporting any malfunctions
- Uphold compliance with privacy regulations, infection control practices, and facility policies
- Deliver compassionate care and maintain a supportive atmosphere for patients of all backgrounds
