Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current ARRT certification (ARMRIT not accepted)
• Active State of Florida radiology license
• Completed college diploma or transcripts (must be included in your application profile)
• Expertise in operating MRI equipment and performing high-quality imaging studies
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Strong attention to safety protocols and detail
• Candidates must not reside in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, each 12 hours (8:00am–8:00pm)
• Rotating weekends required
• Exact schedule determined during phone interview with site leader

Primary Duties:

• Conduct MRI scans following physician orders and established protocols, ensuring optimal image capture and patient safety
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures clearly while maintaining empathy and professionalism
• Verify patient records, physician orders, and required documentation prior to imaging
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal functioning
• Collaborate with the radiology team and other departments to deliver quality care
• Maintain detailed imaging records and assist with quality assurance procedures
