MRI Technologist - Homestead, Florida

• 3x12 hour day shifts per week

Key Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT certification (candidates with ARMIRT will not be considered)
• Demonstrated proficiency in MRI imaging practices and safety standards
• Experience operating and troubleshooting MRI equipment
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and healthcare team members
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate patient records

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans following physician orders and protocol guidelines
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
• Review and assess images for quality, making necessary adjustments to ensure diagnostic accuracy
• Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care
• Uphold stringent safety procedures for patients and staff during all imaging procedures
