MRI Technologist in Huntersville, NC

Deliver high-quality patient care as an MRI Technologist with a leading healthcare facility. This contract position offers the chance to utilize your imaging expertise, focusing on MRI procedures, as you collaborate with a skilled team in a dynamic environment.

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• 40 hours per week

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an MRI Technologist performing clinical imaging
• Proficiency operating MRI equipment and troubleshooting technical issues
• Current certifications and credentials relevant to MRI imaging
• Excellent interpersonal and patient care skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Ability to participate in a fair call rotation, including holiday coverage if needed

Major Responsibilities:

• Conduct MRI scans and ensure high image quality for diagnostic interpretation
• Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns
• Practice accurate patient positioning and adhere to all safety guidelines
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment to ensure optimal function
• Accurately document all procedures according to facility policies
• Actively participate in a fair and equitable call rotation with other full-time, part-time, PRN, and traveler staff
• Contribute to a positive team environment while maintaining professional standards
