This contract position is designed for diagnostic imaging professionals with expertise in MRI procedures, seeking a stable day-shift schedule and a transparent, team-oriented approach to scheduling and call coverage.
Schedule:
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday to Thursday, 9:00pm – 7:30am
- No weekend rotations; travelers remain on contracted shifts
- Rotational call coverage shared equitably among all team members, including full-time, part-time, PRN, and travelers
- Support with holiday coverage is expected unless time off is pre-approved
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an MRI Technologist
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proficiency in advanced MRI protocols and the ability to adapt to various case types
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a high-volume imaging setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce detailed diagnostic images, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Verify orders and clinical information, collaborating with radiologists and referring providers
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures in the electronic medical record
- Follow strict protocols for safety, image quality, and infection control
- Participate in equitable call rotation and contribute to holiday shift coverage as scheduled

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
