MRI Technician | Hurricane, Utah

Schedule:

• Four shifts per week, 10 hours per shift
• Night schedule

Key Qualifications:

• Registered technologist with ARRT certification
• Current Utah State Licensure (required for Utah positions) with authority to administer Rx
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers
• Proven experience operating MRI equipment with adherence to safety and quality standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring safety and comfort before, during, and after scans
• Accurately follow imaging protocols and physicians’ orders
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any issues or malfunctions
• Maintain appropriate patient records and adhere to confidentiality requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in patient interactions
• Keep up to date with best practices and continued education in MRI technology
