MRI Technologist | Kansas City, Kansas

Provide exceptional patient care and contribute your expertise in MRI imaging with this rewarding contract opportunity. Work collaboratively with an experienced team and leverage advanced technology to support accurate diagnoses and quality outcomes.

Schedule:

• 2 shifts per week: 12-hour weekend days
• Saturdays and Sundays, 6:30 am–6:30 pm
• No call required

Qualifications:

• Valid and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ARRT(MR) credential required
• Proven experience performing MRI imaging procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders
• Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare staff to support accurate diagnoses
• Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory guidelines and facility protocols
• Adhere to safety measures to protect patients and staff, including infection prevention and MRI safety standards
• Keep equipment clean, well-maintained, and properly calibrated for optimal performance
