MRI Technologist - Kingsley, Michigan

A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist seeking a contract assignment with a dynamic healthcare environment. This role calls for proficiency in advanced imaging, with a focus on MRI procedures.

Schedule:

• Saturday and Sunday: 6:30 am – 7:30 pm
• One 8-hour weekday shift: either 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Averaging 32–34 hours each week
• No call requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT(MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification a must
• Previous experience with Siemens MRI equipment is strongly preferred
• Proven skills in MRI imaging and safe contrast administration practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
• Effective communication skills with patients and healthcare staff
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of MRI exams, ensuring exceptional image quality for diagnostic interpretation
• Accurately position patients and communicate procedure details to ensure both safety and comfort
• Maintain equipment, coordinate maintenance or repairs, and document actions as necessary
• Collaborate with radiologists and fellow technologists to optimize workflow and patient throughput
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines within the imaging department
• Uphold patient care standards with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
