Step into a vital position as an MRI Technologist, where your advanced imaging abilities will directly impact patient care. In this contract role, you'll utilize your expertise in MRI procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, supporting the clinical team and enhancing patient outcomes over a 13-week assignment.

Schedule:

  • 5 shifts per week
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Qualifications:

  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT required
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in MRI imaging in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency with MRI equipment and advanced imaging protocols
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate MRI equipment to capture detailed images following physician orders
  • Prepare and position patients for procedures with compassion and efficiency
  • Evaluate image quality and troubleshoot to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Adhere to all safety procedures, including screening for contraindications
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with exam documentation
  • Provide clear explanations and reassurance to patients throughout the imaging process
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals
